John Westbrook
Professional Background
John earned his Bachelors degree in Environmental Horticulture with a minor in Soil Science and Agronomy from Cal Poly at Pomona. He is a licenced Pest Control Advisor, a Certified Crop Advisor and has more than 20 years experience diagnosing and solving plant and soil issues with golf course superintendents, sports turf managers and professional landscapers.
Personal Interests
John is quite the accomplished guitar player. He owns several really fine instruments including Taylor, Martin, Gibson and Fender. He’s good on the Dobro as well. He is also a music historian and currently has over 14,000 songs and counting in his collection.
Tim Deutscher
Professional Background
Tim earned his Bachelors degree in Ornamental Horticulture with a minor in Turfgrass Management from Cal Poly Pomona. He has more than 20 years experience as a golf course superintendent at public, private and resort courses in Southern California and now more than 10 years working with John in developing JTM Nutrients products.
Personal Interests
Tim is the pool player in the family. He has a collection of cues, his favorite being a Private Reserve cue he had custom made by McDermott. He has a pool table set up in the warehouse at JTM head-quarters in Anaheim and welcomes all comers
